Refund policy

At Style with Diti, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order: 

1. No Cancellations:

 Once an order is placed, cancellations/exchnages are not permitted. 

2. Package Opening Video Required: 

A clear, uninterrupted video of the package being opened without cut/pause and showing the damage is mandatory for any exchange claim. Claims without this video will not be accepted. 

3. Exchange Only: 

Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or wrong products, subject to verification. The product will be replaced in case of availability of the same, otherwise store credit will be issued for the value of the item which has to be redeemed within 30 days. We do not offer refunds.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions: 

For Sarees :

The following are not considered damage and are not eligible for exchange: 

   – Weaving / dyeing uncertainties or irregularities inherent to the process of making. There might be some spill of dyes in between sarees, which is not considered as defective or damage.

   – Color variations due to camera, lighting, or screen settings.

   – Due to the nature of handcrafted processes, there may be minor variations in color, texture or uniformity. These are not defects but rather a testament to the authenticity and quality of artisanal craftsmanship.

For Jewelleries:

The following are not considered damage and are not eligible for exchange: 

   – We, at Style with Diti, make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Even then, Product color may slightly vary due to lighting and specific screen/monitor settings.

   – Refund is applicable only if the product is broken with clear unpacking/unboxing video while opening your package. Without this video, we will not be able to process any damage claims.

   – As products are manufactured in large scale there might be chances of missing stones or pearls which is not acceptable for exchange.


5. How to Request an Exchange: 

   – Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and package opening video. 

   – We will review your claim and respond within 24-48 hours. 

   – If your return is accepted:

  • You must ship the product back to us (return shipping is to be paid by the customer).
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement on availability.
  • If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–12 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges)
